Now talking about the restaurant, the good folks here offer a delicious variety of dishes that are prepared using 200-year-old recipes. Yes, these have been passed down through the generations! So, paying homage to the beauty of the sea, the menu embodies the essence of the ocean. Offering freshly caught fish and seafood, it is prepared by their talented culinary team, which is led by legendary Turkish fishmonger, Ersan Yilmaz.
Some of the toothsome dishes that you can relish here, include Wagyu Butter No.3 Gillardeau Oysters marinated Gambero Rosso with Caviar, Clam Casserole in a Chilli Garlic Butter with fennel, Tender Grilled Octopus with crushed hazelnut, baby potatoes and salsa verde, and loads of more yummies.
