The Delhi High Court has permitted Bollywood actresses to travel abroad to Abu Dhabi, UAE for IIFA Awards events. The actress can travel for the event but only under certain conditions applied by the court.

A Fixed Deposit Receipt Of 1 Crore

In order to deal with the investigating agency’s challenge to the trial court’s authorization for her to travel to Abu Dhabi, UAE from May 31 to June 6, Justice Sudhir Kumar Jain required her to submit an FDR of 1 crore and to give an undertaking that the deposit would be forfeited if she does not return. According to the judge, the trial court’s order was not subject to interference since it was passed based on a thorough examination of all facts and it included reasonable conditions that ensured the actor’s return to the investigation.
