Curly Tales couldn’t have enough of the talented actor, Nushrratt Bharuccha. Perhaps, Nushrratt Bharuccha missed us too. So, the Chhorii actor is back on yet another episode of Curly Tales. This time she has graced her presence on Sunday Brunch X The Bombay Journey with Kamiya Jani and Mashable India’s Siddharth Aalambayan. The actor spoke about her love for Chinese food, her time during the COVID-19 pandemic with her family and more.
Nushrratt Bharuccha Forgot She Was An Actor During The COVID-19 Pandemic
In an interview with Curly Tales, Editor-in-Chief, Kamiya Jani, Nushrratt Bharuccha spoke about how she spent her time during the COVID-19 lockdown. “Pandemic main, main bhool gayi thi ki main ek actor hoon”, said Nushrratt ( I forgot I’m an actor during the pandemic). She said this is because she was very occupied with taking care of her mum, dad, daadi and her house.

They didn’t have any domestic help for the first 8 months of the lockdown. So, for the first time Nushrratt Bharuccha woke up early and did jhaadu, pocha, dried clothes and cooked. While her mom would make lunch, Nushrratt Bharuccha would take care of dinner. She only got time to work out late at night. The Chhorii actor would work out at 1 am or 2 am.
She Cooked, Cleaned & Took Care Of Her Family
She further spoke that during the pandemic she understood the importance of running a house and understanding what a person needs on a daily basis to survive. Interestingly, the talented actor even learnt cooking during the pandemic. From being a person who couldn’t even heat food in a microwave, Nushrratt Bharuccha, today, whips up fancy Continental dishes like a pro.
