Blending Arabic traditions with modern sensibilities, this venture is by Basma Elkhereiji, who is also behind Alieia and Social Kitchen in Jeddah (according to Factmagazine). In case you’re wondering, Khalilaa translates to a person close to your heart in Arabic.

The elegantly decorated space is perfect for lounging. The modern Arabic-inspired shisha lounge gives international vibes and delivers an exquisite environment with a laid-back atmosphere. While you take the elegantly decorated interiors, don’t forget to appreciate the exquisite menu. Drawing inspiration from traditional Saudi dishes, these have all been given a modern twist. And paired with live entertainment, such as DJs and bands, it’s truly an immersive experience.

The membership begins at SAR15,000, which is for Regular Membership and goes up to Gold Membership which starts at SAR21,000. There are special privileges for each category of members and these only get upgraded as you go higher.
