Al Habtoor Group claims that the skyscraper will be built using innovative, creative, and carefully chosen construction techniques. The group has a hands-on experience of decades in this industry. It has successfully created some novel projects like the Burj Al Arab, Terminals 1 and 3 of the Dubai International Airport, the Abu Dhabi Officers’ Club, and many others.

The Habtoor Tower will have 1,701 keys and is a multi-billion dirham construction. 3,517,313 square feet will be covered by it, and there will be 81 floors (G+7+73) above ground. Within 36 months, it must be finished. Khaleej Times has provided information for this period.
