It will be built on a great site on Sheikh Zayed Road. The building will be located on the banks of the Dubai Water Canal, overlooking the Burj Khalifa. Al Habtoor Group claims that the skyscraper will be built using innovative, creative, and carefully chosen construction techniques. The group has a hands-on experience of decades in this industry. It has successfully created some novel projects like the Burj Al Arab, Terminals 1 and 3 of the Dubai International Airport, the Abu Dhabi Officers’ Club, and many others.
The Habtoor Tower will have 1,701 keys and is a multi-billion dirham construction. 3,517,313 square feet will be covered by it, and there will be 81 floors (G+7+73) above ground. Within 36 months, it must be finished. Khaleej Times has provided information for this period.
