The Couple Shared Some Easy Steps To Cook Misal Pav At Home!

If you are a beginner and want to learn cooking, we are quite sure that this video will help you a lot. They have shown a detailed process of using each and every ingredient.


  • 2 cups moth beans / matki (sprouts)
  • ¼ tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 2-inch ginger
  • 1 onion
  • 2 clove garlic
  • ¼ cup dry coconut
  • 1 tomato
  • 6¼ cup water
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp jeera
  • Curry leaves
  • 1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
  • ¼ tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • small piece jaggery
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 cup farsan
  • ½ onion
  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves
  • Pav


  • Madhuri and Dr. Nene start the cooking process by frying onions, tomatoes, garlic, and ginger, and then blending it into a fine paste.
  • Then they take some oil and add curry leaves, some Indian spices, and the previously-made tomato paste.
  • After the paste gets cooked well, they add the soaked and sprouted moth beans and water.
  • The next step is to add some jaggery to the pan.
  • Once the misal base boils well, it is served with farsan, chopped onions, lemon juice, coriander leaves, and sev.
