How Will This City Run?

The city will function with some innovative technologies and they are building the city to be self-sufficient. Their vision is to create a floating city in the middle of the Indian Ocean that runs just like the cities on land. Solar energy is going to be a primary resource to run this place. Air conditioners are a necessity these days. For the residents of this city, they will use deep water sea cooling instead of an AC. For sewage management, after the sewage is treated it will be used as manure for trees and plants.
