With the recent success of “Family Man”, his popularity skyrocketed immensely. Now, it was time for all of us to get an insight into his life, especially his love for food. To make that happen, Manoj Bajpayee joined our Editor-in-Chief on this eventful episode of Sunday Brunch. Manoj Bajpayee Talked About His Daily Morning Routine

Once he revealed his intermittent fasting routine, we had to dig deeper into his lifestyle. We asked Manoj Bajpayee to share his morning routine with us, and once he did, we were truly impressed by his unwavering dedication. He credited his profession for keeping him healthy and shared that he wakes up at 5 AM and starts his day with an hour-long session of meditation and yoga. Next comes his dose of caffeine, followed by a 1-hour run in a park. If you thought this was the end of his daily physical activity, you were mistaken. After the run, he goes to a gym in his society and partakes in some freehand exercises for the next hour.

There is no way he compromises his routine. He also revealed that on days he has to shoot, he wakes up an hour earlier so that he doesn’t have to alter his schedule. When we asked him if he takes his dinner early, he revealed that he doesn’t take dinner. In fact, no one in his family does. He shared that the kitchen in his house is operational at night only on days when his daughter is visiting from her boarding school. Kudos for the determination!

He Also Shared What He Loved Eating The Most In Mumbai

Manoj Bajpayee might be time-conscious about his meals, but surely he enjoys food. That brought us to the food he loved eating the most when he first came to Mumbai. The first thing he loved was vada pav, obviously. He also mentioned that vada pavs used to be really cheap back in the day. As per his memory, he used to have them for ₹4-5.
