250 Grams All Purpose Flour
160 Grams Warm Water
1 Teaspoon Sugar
½ Teaspoon Salt
½ Teaspoon Dry Instant yeast
1 Teaspoon Milk powder
2 Teaspoon Oil (Olive Oil recommended)
Assorted Vegetables For Decoration
Add sugar to lukewarm water and mix.
In the bowl, add yeast and set aside for 10 minutes for the yeast to activate.
Add the rest of the ingredients except for the veggies and thoroughly knead the dough.
Set the dough aside for 15 minutes and then knead it until it becomes stretchy and supple.
Set the dough aside for an hour so that it can ferment.
Once it swells to almost double its size, knead it again to remove air.
Decorate it with whatever vegetables you like. The more colourful, the better!
Let it proof for another hour.
Bake the dough at 205 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes.
Remove the dough, brush it with some oil and let it rest on a wire rack.
Cut the bread into pieces and enjoy!
