Fully Vaccinated Travellers Will Not Have To Quarantine In Mauritius

All you would need is an RT-PCR negative test report taken 72 hours before your departure. The Mauritius Tourism Promotion Authority (MTPA) said in a release that you will explore the island free from the moment you arrive on the island. Tourism Workers & Hotel Staff In Mauritius Are Fully Vaccinated

Mauritius has been welcoming international visitors since the middle of July and the ‘resort bubbles’ have helped to contain the spread of the virus. Currently, vaccinated guests must spend 14 days in a ‘resort bubble’ hotel before exploring the Indian Ocean paradise. The Mauritian government has been prioritising tourism workers and hotel staff in the vaccine rollout to ensure visitors a safe and secure environment in Mauritius. You can currently book your ‘resort bubble’ holiday either via tour operators or directly with the hotels. If you are not vaccinated, you will have to complete a 14-day quarantine period in a designated hotel.
