We have some good news for all the fashionistas and food lovers – Louis Vuitton recently launched their first-ever restaurant in Southeast Asia. Located in Thailand, Louis Vuitton unveiled a multi-concept space called LV The Place Bangkok. This place will have a contemporary store by the brand, a fine dining restaurant, as well as a vibrant cafe, according to the post shared on their Instagram handle. The fine dining restaurant at this space by Louis Vuitton will be helmed by Michelin-Star chef Gaggan Anand and here’s everything you need to know about it.

Celebrated chef Gaggan Anand has joined hands with Louis Vuitton to open his new, fine-dine restaurant in Bangkok. Called Gaggan At Louis Vuitton, the restaurant is located within the much-talked-about LV The Place Bangkok. This multi-concept space by the brand features a cafe as well. What’s interesting is that this is Louis Vuitton’s first restaurant in Southeast Asia. They, however, launched Le Cafe and Sugalabo V in Osaka, Japan in 2020.
Gaggan Anand took to Instagram to share the news. He thanked everyone who helped him design the space and added a cute caption, “Let Fashion be Food…” to the post. In another post, he shared the front view of the restaurant that features signature LV bags stacked upon one another. The chef talked about how it took almost a year and multiple trips to Paris to put together the interiors of this restaurant. He also said that he got together with his team to design the ceramics and “put together creative ideas on food and made it fashionable.” The restaurant is now open to the public and you can book a table via Louis Vuttion’s app.

What To Expect At LV The Place Bangkok
Located at Gaysorn Amarin, LV The Place Bangkok is built on two floors of the retail complex in Bangkok. The impressive and magnificent outer facade talks volumes about what awaits you inside. To begin with, there is an immersive exhibition centre inside that showcases Louis Vuitton’s innovation, travel, and creativity. You will have to pre-book the ticket to experience this. Besides that, this one-of-a-kind experiential space also has a contemporary store, a cafe, and the Gaggan At Louis Vuitton restaurant.
