Chef Gaggan Anand is undoubtedly a force to reckon with. His restaurant Gaggan in Bangkok ranked as one of Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants from the years 2015 to 2018. During the course of the years, Gaggan earned not one but two Michelin stars. And now, Delhiites can actually experience an epicurean gastronomical journey taking of Gaggan right here in Hyatt Regency Delhi between February 18th to March 14th.

In the first-of-its-kind collaboration, Chef Gaggan Anand and his team of 14 flew down all the way from Bangkok to Delhi to tantalise the taste buds of Delhiites with some of his classics from his Michelin-starred Gaggan and even unseen dishes. The best part? All these amazing dishes will be made from local and seasonal ingredients, keeping the virtue of sustainable dining intact.

20-Day Residency At Hyatt Incudes Gaggan Signatures & Unseen Dishes

The 20-day residency at Hyatt Regency is all about 35 of the city’s gourmands experiencing an epicurean 25-course meal. Do you want a sneak peek at the dishes you can expect at this unique residency? In an interview with Mint Lounge, Gaggan Anand revealed that patrons can expect his signature Yoghurt Explosion, where a dollop of yoghurt on a spoon offers an explosive sensory experience.

There is also the fun-eccentric, Lick It Up, where the dish, made with herbs and spices, looks like spray paint which you need to playfully and directly lick off the plate. And then there is also Eggplant In Its Own Burnt Skin, which is slow-roasted for hours that gives a distinctly earthy, smoky taste.
