1. Dubai RTA Introduces Co-Spaces

Recently, Dubai RTA introduced a co-working concept. This is with The Co-Spaces, which is a leading business incubator, this is certified by the Dubai SME and provider of innovative co-working solutions called WO-RK. Moreover, the co-working space is scheduled to be launched in Q2 of 2024 at Burjuman Metro Station.

2. Arabian Travel Market Dates Announced

The 31st edition of Arabian Travel Market is all set to return to Dubai this May. It’s slated to begin on May 6 and will go on, till May 9, 2024. This will be happening at the Dubai World Trade Centre and it will see a gathering of over 2,000 exhibitors. Not to mention, it’s expected that 40,000+ visitors worldwide will be fostering networking!

3. HH Sheikh Mohammed Exchanges Ramadan Greetings

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, who is the Ruler of Dubai and Vice President of Dubai, met the Ruler of Umm Al Quwain at Zaabeel Palace. They exchanged Ramadan greetings and he also received Crown Prince of Ajman and Crown Prince of Fujairah.

4. Dubai Metro’s ‘We Bring You Closer’ Initiative

Users of Dubai Metro are now able to connect with their loved ones globally. This is possible through their ‘We Bring You Closer’ initiative, which allows them to connect with their loved ones globally, for free. It’s designed to strengthen their bond with their family and friends during the holy month of Ramadan.

5. Dubai Esports & Games Festival Is Underway

The 3rd edition of the Dubai Esports and Games Festival is currently underway till May 5. The 2024 edition of this event has returned in its biggest celebration of gaming and esports yet. This marks an epic celebration of gaming culture and it’s organised by the Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment.

6. ADNOC Building Lights Up In Greek Flag Colours

8. Saudia To Soon Begin Services To Malaga

9. Dubai Announces Free ‘Smart Umbrella’ Rental Service

The Dubai RTA in its collaboration with UmbraCity has launched a free-of-cost smart umbrella service. Currently, this service is available at Al Ghubaiba Bus and Metro station and the aim is to make the city more pedestrian-friendly. Moreover, this innovative service has been designed to enhance the walkability of Dubai. As a result, it provides residents and visitors with a convenient way to protect themselves from the sun and rain.

10. KITMEK Offers Free Access to 1 Million Children During Ramadan

Education app, KITMEK Academy has opened its platform with a noble initiative. Yes, it aims to offer 1 million children, free access from Kindergarten to Grade 5 for the Holy month of Ramadan. As such, this app is available in Spanish, Hindi, English, Bangla, Arabic, French, German, and Russian.
