Last year’s pop-up created a buzz that still hasn’t fully died down, so the return was pretty much inevitable. This round feels even bigger. CUT isn’t just rolling out a few hits; it’s celebrating Wolfgang Puck’s legacy with a curated menu packed with favourites from across the brand’s history. If you’re already imagining those famous steaks, yes, they’re on the list.

The cuts that make you stop mid-sentence because the flavour deserves full attention. Pair that with premium shellfish and polished presentations, and that hits every craving in one go, as mentioned on the official X account of Via Riyadh.

A Collaboration Worth Eating Slowly

The set menu comes from the combined talent of Brian Becher, Regional Executive Chef of the Wolfgang Puck Fine-Dining Group, and Daniel Irvine, Executive Chef of Spago Riyadh. They’ve built a menu that highlights technique, bold seasoning, and that neat local twist that makes the dishes feel right at home in Riyadh.

Dinner, But Make It A Night Out

Every evening comes with live music, which adds that extra layer of atmosphere without stealing the spotlight from your plate. The setting is intimate, refined, and perfect for those “we need a proper night out” moments.

Whether you choose the main dining room or the terrace, the pop-up nails that balance between cosy and high-end, the sweet spot diners always chase.
