Taking to social media, Madhya Pradesh Tourism proudly announced the initiative recently. The biggest aim of this grand announcement is to boost and promote women’s empowerment and adventure tourism for them amid the beauty of Madhya Pradesh. This brand-new initiative is all set to take a group of adventure-enthusiast women on a journey to remember for a lifetime.
This brings the excellent opportunity to explore different destinations in the state through the heart of India. Queen On The Wheel is all set to take the participants on a fantastic 7-day long journey to cover more than 1,400 km on their bikes. This is such a unique approach to enjoying an extravagant travelling experience on the road while witnessing the magnificent beauty and rich cultural heritage of the state.
This unforgettable adventure is all set to kickstart on March 2, 2024, and is going to continue on the road till March 8, 2024. Adventure-buff women from all around the nation are taking part in this week-long experience and enjoying the fascinating bike ride.
Here’s The Itinerary:
The bikers get the fantastic chance to visit the alluring touristy locations, wilderness, and historic places and witness their glory and magnificence.
- The 7-day/6-night thrilling bike ride of Queen On The Wheel will start on March 2 from Bhopal. The 250 km journey will cover Chanderi Fort, Pranpura Village, and Sanchi Stupa, according to a report by CAC Allrounder.
- On day 2, the bike ride will take the bikers from Chanderi to Kuno to Gwalior. The itinerary will include the Kuno forest festival and then travel to Gwalior. They will also interact with the tribal ladies.
- Day 3 will be from Gwalior to Orchha via Sonagiri. They will explore Mitaoli and Padavli.
- Bikers will travel from Orchha to Khajuraho on the next day. On this 180 km journey, they will visit Ladpura rural village, enjoy fun water activities in the Betwa River, and visit the Ramrajan Temple.
- While travelling to Sagar, they will visit some temples, Aadivart tribal museum, and enjoy the rural experience.
- The next day will be about travelling to Bhopal by crossing 170 km.
- The last day will conclude with the Women’s Day celebration, prize distribution, and closing ceremony.
