In order to provide ease and convenience to the member of the parliament, a new food delivery app will soon be launched. This food delivery app will let MPs and parliamentarians order from anywhere in the parliament and have it delivered to their seat. The app is called Sansad Cafeteria.

They can also opt for a pick-up and take the food delivery from wherever that is most convenient to them. Various locations in the parliament have been abbreviated and those who order from the app can specify where they want it delivered. For instance, the Parliament House is abbreviated as PH, its annexe is PHA, and the library block is PLB.

This application is developed by the Indian Tourism and Development Corporation or the ITDC. ITDC is also responsible for running the parliament canteens. A soft version of the app was launched a few weeks ago but it is yet to be launched officially. When it does, it will be available for download to both Android and iOS users.
