If such weather persists, transport facilities including rail, road, and air will be affected. Earlier this week, Mumbai woke up to heavily waterlogged roads and railway lines that affected transportation in the city. Also, nearly 50 flights were cancelled, and hundreds were delayed and diverted amid heavy rainfall.
The continuous downpours are impacting people’s lives and affecting transportation in the city as well. We hope the weather conditions improve in Mumbai soon. What has been your worst experience with Mumbai’s rain? Let us know in the comments!
