Some couples collect fridge magnets from every holiday. Sonakshi Sinha and Zaheer Iqbal have an entire travel wall, and apparently, one of them takes this business far more seriously than the other. During a visit to their Bandra home for Sunday Brunch with Kamiya Jani, the couple opened up about their travel memories, giving us a peek into a relationship that has crossed continents and survived one very important domestic disagreement: who gets to organise the photographs?

Sonakshi Sinha And Zaheer Iqbal Have Travelled Across Five Continents Together

Sonakshi Sinha and Zaheer Iqbal dated for seven years before getting married in June 2024. Add their two years of marriage, and they have spent nine years together. In that time, they have travelled so much that they have even lost count of the places they have visited. Zaheer estimated that they had explored around 30 to 40 cities together. Not bad for a couple whose idea of quality time seems to involve constantly adding stamps to their collective travel history!

In fact, Zaheer Iqbal revealed that they managed to visit five continents in their very first year of dating. Five continents in a year? Some of us are still deciding where to go for our next long weekend. Their travel wall, however, is very much Sonakshi’s territory. Zaheer described her as super organised, explaining how she loves arranging the photographs and making the display look pretty. He once attempted to do the same himself, but, by his own admission, the result was a spectacular failure. Every household has its division of labour, and in this one, apparently, interior styling comes with a clear chain of command.

Sonakshi Sinha Is In Charge Of Organising Their Travel Wall

The funniest moment came when Zaheer Iqbal suggested that their travel wall had not been updated with certain trips, including Phuket. Sonakshi looked genuinely shell-shocked. The expression practically said, Excuse me, are you questioning my work? She immediately pointed out that everything was updated, showing Kamiya Jani photographs from their Bhutan trip, which she identified as their last trip together, alongside another from Phuket. Zaheer may have had his doubts, but Sonakshi Sinha was ready with photographic evidence. Literally.

And frankly, that is what makes this little corner of their home so lovely. It is not just about ticking destinations off a bucket list. It is about preserving the tiny details of a life built together, one holiday at a time, with a few playful arguments thrown in for good measure.
