Welcoming guests in a place where the desert will meet the sea, it’s going to leave people immersed in its natural beauty that will be complete with luxury, innovation, and futuristic architecture. Yes, it will boast an audacious design with minimal land intervention and this project will offer guests an elevated haven where they can unwind, re-energise, and enjoy majestic natural surroundings.

This upcoming destination will be located across the opening of one of the most beautiful, azure lagoons at the Southern end of the Gulf of Aqaba. A gateway that invites guests to experiment with active lifestyles, it will have a striking bridge-like architecture that will connect the Northern and the Southern shores. Additionally, there will be a 250-key luxury resort that will feature an innovative facade of a bridge.

In fact, the upper and the lower floors will give the guest, a panoramic view of the tidal lagoon below. Boasting a 450 m long rooftop infinity pool, guests are bound to be treated with awe-inspiring views. Not to mention, it will also have a vantage point of 36 m above the sea, therefore making for a breathtaking panoramic experience.
As it happens, the resort will boast plenty of exhilarating activities, such as sailing, diving, and other water sports. In fact, there will also be a bunch of other exciting land activities.
