How many of you have dreamt of going on a world tour? Most of you might have. So what are you waiting for? Money to buy plane tickets, right? Well, a Nepali man has set out on a world tour on foot. Yes, you read that right. The man has been walking  across India, SriLanka and now Bangladesh. Here is more about his journey below.

Nepali Man On World Tour On Foot

On 16th October, Lee, a Nepalese youth, reached Saidpur in Nilphamari at 9:00 pm. He travelled through India and Sri Lanka and reached here via Teknaf. In order to reach Saidpur from Teknaf, the Nepali man walked about 800 Km. He met traffic police inspectors and locals at the Panchmatha intersection at Saidpur. He was welcomed with flowers. He spent the whole night in a local resort and the next morning he left for the Banglabandha land port in Tetulia Upazila of Panchagarh. He has decided to go to Nepal from here and then later decide on his next destination.

He Never Could Stop Travelling

Lee said that he travelled across Nepal on foot from 2015 to 2019. In 2021, through the Kargil border in Kashmir, he entered India. The Nepali man has also visited SriLanka and explored some amazing sites there. He came to Bangladesh on September 18. He informed that in the last 5 years he has walked across Nepal, India and SriLanka covering a distance of 13,800 kilometres. He said that he was 14 when he dropped out of school and loves travelling. Woah, isn’t that too much walking? Lee is surely a superhuman to us because we cannot even walk to a nearby park.
