Oman Air, which is the flag carrier of the Sultanate of Oman recently revealed that it has introduced a new service that aims to make the travel experience for its customers more seamless. Yes, called MARAHEB, this is a convenient service from their partner TRANSOM Handling. Available for those travelling from the Muscat International Airport, here is all you need to know about the new service.

Oman Air Introduces MARAHEB For A Seamless Travel

Making travelling easier for its customers, Oman Air has introduced a new service called MARAHEB. This is available for people travelling from the Muscat International Airport and includes document verification, baggage collection, and check-in. Moreover, seat selection and extra baggage allowance are optional add-ons. Not to mention, you will also get your boarding pass and baggage tags, once you show up at the departure!

The Service Is Available 24X7

Accessible 24X7, this service is available through its app and you can schedule your home check-in that aligns with your convenience. However, this must be up to six hours before your flight! Although the service is available in Muscat, it will soon be extended to other regions across the Sultanate of Oman as well! At this point, it’s worth mentioning that the home check-in is available in a variety of packages. These packages are defined by the number of guests travelling and the number of bags that you want collected. The packages are as follows – Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond and Platinum.

It’s Only Available In Muscat For Now

It’s worth noting that the service fee is applicable for the full package and cannot be divided with other services. Not to mention, the service can be amended up to Six hours before the scheduled pick-up or collection time. Moreover, with a seamless payment process and easy handling of the baggage, it is certainly going to make travelling for travellers from Muscat quite easy.
