Now You Can Go On A Real-Time Virtual Safari Through The Ulusaba Reserve Of Africa

Hola, wildlife enthusiasts! If you aren’t able to respond to the call of forests now, we’ve found a way to get y’all covered. So what if we cannot fly to Africa to explore its jungles now, we can definitely enjoy its breathtaking safari live, in real-time from the comfy of our sofas and here’s how.

How Is It Happening?

Virgin Limited Edition is an award-winning collection of best retreats and hotels by Sir Richard Branson. It is now bringing to your drawing room a wildlife experience that you probably couldn’t have imagined is possible from home. Though the gates of South Africa’s Ulusaba Private Game Reserve is temporarily shut, the lives of the beasts out there haven’t changed much. Game drives give tourists the opportunity to spot Africa’s big five ( lion, leopard, elephant, Cape buffalo and rhino) with binoculars, cameras and more under a Ranger and Tracker guidance within the expanse of the private reserve. Now, Instagram is turning out to be a binocular for the live tracking of these animals. In other words, you can take part in the game drive virtually at the moment.

What’s More?

The fun of the game drive lies in the fact that you never know which animals are sneaking in. It might be a pride of majestic lions, a herd of elephants or even the tiny and adorable cubs of a leopard. And the best part is, you might be one of the firsts to eye upon these new leopard kids. The show will happen on Instagram ( hashtags #Travelfromhome, #Sofasafari) every Monday at 3:30 PM BST (8 PM IST), till 4th May 2020.
