New York City’s first floating tennis court will soon come up on the Circle Line. For one day, it will become SS Evian. On September 10, guests can watch the tournament in honour of the US Open Men’s Final. They will be seated courtside at a pink tennis court and will also get sponsored water.

Former US Open champion and captain Maria Sharapova will give some exclusive insights into the match. There will be an afternoon waterside chat that will be led by Sharapova and tennis star Andrea Petkovic. They will be discussing the women’s final match.

Of all these guests on board, one will be selected as the lucky one. This lucky guest will get the amazing opportunity to volley with Maria Sharapova. The winner will also get two tickets to the 2024 US Open. The winner will be selected randomly and will be informed by sending him or her an email. This will make sure that the winner is appropriately dressed for the event.

The entire court is netted, so one does not have to worry about the balls getting lost in the sea. The tickets for the floating tennis court in NYC will be released on August 22, August 29, and September 5. They will be available in limited quantities at 9 am on these days.

The tickets are priced at $99, and all the earnings from the sale of the tickets will be donated to a nonprofit organization in New York City. The Billion Oyster Project works towards restoring oyster reefs in New York Harbor.

The tickets for the floating tennis court also include complimentary beer, wine, and cocktails from an open bar. They will also get classic lobster rolls, which will be from North River Lobster Co. The two-hour cruise can be boarded at Pier 81 at 2:35 pm. It will depart at 3:45 pm and get back at 5:45 pm. Guests must be 21 or older.  (As per Timeout)
