Paro is a work of architectural poetry. With soft lighting and the warmth of the walls, the space is given a distinctive colour. A lively atmosphere is also created by plush furnishings, swaying chandeliers, live music, and distinct textures. A balcony extends outside and has a belvedere that completes it.  It also provides visitors with a glimpse of the vibrant and theatrical view of the city. The setting is a riot of colour, fervour, and spark.

It is a place where there is always something new to discover. With views of the old city and a Gatsby-style setting, they offer some of the best Indian cuisine, handcrafted liquors, and Indian spiced cocktails for you to try. The menu’s design is based on modern Indian cuisine. Everything from spirits to bitters, syrups, and cocktails is made on-site using premium Indian spices and secret infusions.

With an innovative menu that features bar snacks like Bedmi Nachos, Dosa Onion Rings, Inji Puli Chicken Wings, and Gunpowder Prawns, you will be smitten by every bite. They also have an extensive menu of main courses and breads from all over the country. However, the highlight of the show has to be its dessert section, with options like Aamras Panacotta and Jigarthanda Falooda. Don’t know about you, but we are certainly drooling!

So, the next time you are in Jaipur, don’t forget to pay a visit to Paro!
