Safety & Security: AI-Enabled Surveillance: Over 2,700-2,800 cameras have been installed, including 500 AI-enabled cameras to monitor crowd behavior, track crowd density, and ensure smooth management. These cameras also support facial recognition, helping locate specific individuals if needed, and assist in lost & found cases. Drone Cameras: Drones are being used extensively to monitor cleanliness, crowd movement, and the flow of pilgrims during sacred bathing times. Police Deployment: More than 60,000 police personnel, including 4,000 Jal Police and 11 speed motorboats, have been deployed.
