Palash Sen Shares His School Memories With Shah Rukh Khan

During this episode of Tere Gully Mein, Palash Sen takes Kamiya Jani to St. Columba’s School, where he did his schooling. The singer studied in one of the oldest schools in India. Palash Sen shared that Shah Rukh Khan was his classmate and they were always together be it for sports, quizzing or any other co-curricular activities. Palash said that SRK was one of his closest friends in school.

He Formed A Band ‘Quartz’ In School & ‘Euphoria’ In College

While Shah Rukh Khan was always sure he was going to be an actor, Palash Sen, hailing from a family of doctors, thought he would be a doctor then. So, when did he form a band? He says to Curly Tales, “I used to have a band in school also. It was called Quartz. So, I always had a band. I was very very interested in rock and all that. And then when I went to college we formed Euphoria”.

“So, is everybody in the Euphoria band a doctor?” asks Kamiya Jani. The Maeri sensation laughed and said that he is the only one from the band who is a doctor, the rest of them are all musicians. He practices medicine to date. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the musician cum doctor would offer free services to help those in need.

Taking Kamiya Jani across Dil Walo Ke Sheher, Delhi, Palash Sen sang his iconic songs ‘Kabhi Aana Tu Meri Galli; and ‘Maeri’.
