Earlier this month, the Parisian hotspot, Manko opened in Jeddah. The exquisite restaurant offers Peruvian food that is influenced by Chinese, Japanese, European, and African cuisines and is located in Al Khalidiyyah. The new location offers an entrancing environment that reflects the vibrant culture of Peru.

Peruvian food has been influenced by nations throughout the globe for ages. A distinct world of flavours that are disclosed and shared today is the result of the fusion of old Andean culture, the exuberance of the Amazon, and influences from Europe, Japan, China, and Africa. The menu offers a wide variety of items, including small snacks and larger-tasting meals.

Further, they have Maki Nikkei which is made with fried prawns, foie gras, avocado, cucumber, fish mayonnaise, ponzu sauce, cheese, togarashi & civet. The small plates include Quinoa Burger, Bao Acevichado, Autumn Eggplant and more. The menu also features Peruvian Grilled which is cooked in a charcoal oven. A dish called Airport includes wok-fried pork rice, quinoa, prawn tortilla and nikkei sauce. The ending should be sweet and their desserts are perfect examples!
