What Do We Know?

Major reason for delayed flights at major airports of the country is the infrastructure issue at the airport. It is either that or due to a mishap by the officials and the lack of proper organization. The weather conditions also play a part in the delay/cancellation, but the airlines will not take responsibility for such an occurrence. The proposal has been passed on to the Central Government and they will decide on final protocol in this matter.
