The team played against India and won the trophy last night at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. Following a marvellous finish against India in the World Cup Final match at Narendra Modi Stadium on Sunday, Australia continued the celebrations of winning the title and the splendid trophy on the next day as well. The team began the celebrations of a formidable victory on Monday by enjoying a stunning ride on the popular Sabarmati River Cruise. This cruise ride is surely one of the biggest tourist and travel highlights of Ahmedabad. If you wish to enjoy this cruise ride, you can experience it as well. Pictures and videos of the Australian cricket team having a good time on the cruise a day after winning are making rounds on social media platforms. Australia ended their 2023 World Cup campaign in the best way possible. Though they lost the first two matches of the marquee tournament against India and South Africa respectively, they made sure to give a nail-biting fight against South Africa to enter the finals and then defeat India to win the title. It is Australia’s 6th time winning the ODI World Cup trophy and this year, the team defeated each and every team, be it in the group stage or the knockouts.

Even Cummins took to his official Instagram handle and shared a snippet of posing with the trophy while sitting on the edge of the cruise on Monday morning. Sharing the picture, he wrote, “Morning Beautiful”.

It was an incredible fight between the unbeatable team of this campaign, India, and one of the finest finalists, Australia. The final battle was as expected a neck-to-neck competition with brilliant contributions from both the teams. Right from 2 PM till the end of the match, fans were on their toes all the time. As they say, may the best team win, and with a splendid overall performance, Australia lifted the trophy this time.
