Plan A Trip To Malaysia As It Drops All Testing And Quarantine Requirements

Great news for the travellers at the moment is that Malaysia has decided to drop all the Covid-19 travel restrictions for the international travellers. Malaysia is a wonderful travel destination in Asia and it is soon going to scrap all the mandated travel restrictions related to the pandemic. If you are planning a trip to Malaysia, then jump on to it without any worries of Covid limitations.

These Rules Are Getting Lifted In Malayasia:

  • The government is lifting the pre-travel tests for vaccinated travellers.
  • It will not be necessary to go through a test at the airport anymore.
  • No one needs to wear a mask outdoors forcefully. Wearing masks is completely optional and depends on the person.
  • In addition to this, social and physical distancing is also not a mandate anymore.

Malaysia Is Lifting Restrictions From 1 May

Khairy Jamaluddin, Health Minister announced this huge news on Wednesday. Everything will come to action from 1 May 2022. Singapore recently put an end to all the travel restraints. In fact, Malaysia announced the news only after a day after Singapore eased the restrictions. Dropping off the Covid-19 curbs is surely a huge breakthrough for the country as they very recently started to put an end to one restriction at a time. It was only last Thursday when Malaysia lifted the mandate quarantine procedure. Also at the beginning of this month, they started letting the unvaccinated travellers travel around.
