After the success of the G20 Summit held in Delhi a few days ago, Prime Minister Narendra Modi is all set to host an interactive session along with a gala dinner in order to honour the efforts taken by the team who worked round the clock to ensure that the G20 Summit would go smoothly and successfully. Here are all the details you need to know about this dinner helmed by the PM.

After the success of the G20 Summit, an interactive session, as well as a gala dinner, is being organised to honour the efforts of all the people who worked tirelessly and round the clock to ensure that the summit would happen smoothly.

The Prime Minister will also address everyone present and will interact with them. Workers like cleaners, drivers, and wait staff, as well as people from departments like CISF, Delhi Police, IAF, MEA, Rajghat, SPG, and more, will be in attendance.

The dinner is an attempt to congratulate and honour the efforts put in by everyone. The G20 team members are the unsung heroes responsible for its success and hence, the dinner will be in their honour. It will be held today, September 22, at Bharat Mandapam.

Around 3,000 People To Participate In The Dinner

According to an article recently published in the Hindustan Times, as many as 3,000 people are expected to participate in the event. These will all be people from different departments which helped in the functioning of the summit.

Of these, around 700 people are from the Ministry of External Affairs department and around 300 from the Delhi police. Bharat Mandapam, an exhibition and convention centre located at Pragati Maidan, was also where the G20 Summit was held.

The Summit witnessed participation from around 40 notable political personalities from across the world. Many ministers will also attend the gala dinner and PM Modi’s interaction with the Team G20.
