We’re talking about whacky food combinations here! Yes! Prankster in Gurugram is killing it in that area. With an idea of bringing back the college feels to you, they’ve created various fusion foods and you will have to try to get the knack of it!

150 innovative dishes in their menu are going take you back to your college days and also make you relish some out of the box recipes

What’s To Eat?

There are a number of dishes to choose from but we’ll tell you a bit about what we had.

1. Paw Bhaji Zinger
A nice game for a group, 4 Rubik’s Cubes are served with one being empty, the one who gets the empty one has to play a college game of truth and dare. Sounds fun? Paw bhaji in a mini zinger, along with Marathi garlic chutney and also fried chilli and are served in the cubes.

2. Dahi Bhalla Ice Cream
With flavours subtle and refreshing, Dahi Bhalla ice cream has a base of rumali roti crisps and bhel, dehydrated tamarind chutney powder sprinkled.

3. Chole kulche doughnut
Its the first ever savoury doughnut done in Indian style which is served along with Gajar achaar mousse and chole gravy.

4. Uttapam waffles
A little Indian twist on the classic American breakfast of waffles with Tomato Chutney ice cream and also coconut chutney mousse as dips.

5.  Motichoor cheesecake
This melange of Indian mithai and American cheesecake. Alternate layers of biscuit, laddoo and cheesecake it’s served with a shot of rasmalai doodh (milk)

& we did love it all!
