The year 2020 is coming to an end, and just when we thought things are getting a bit better, a new covid-19 virus strain is found in the UK. The strain, which is known to be 70 per cent more infectious, has already created plunder in the United Kingdom. The country has now imposed a Tier 4 lockdown to curb the spread of the new strain of the virus. The lockdown and new rules have left many stranded and helpless, Priyanka Chopra Jonas too is stuck in London because of the new regulations.

Priyanka Chopra Was In London To Wrap Up Her Upcoming Hollywood Movie Text For You

The actress, singer and activist- who was working in London on her next Hollywood film Text For You with Sam Heughan is stranded in the UK. Priyanka was in the city to wrap up the film. But amid the virus scare, the actress will have to stay in the UK for a while now. As per the reports in a leading daily, the makers have stalled the production for the time being. For them, all that matters now is the safety of their cast and crew.

Special permissions are being sought to travel back to the US, but keeping the scenario in mind, the procedure will take a bit longer than usual. And this also means that Priyanka and others will have to stay in London for some more time now.

The New Covid Strain Has Left Bollywood And Many Others Stranded 

In terms of Bollywood, Neena Gupta and Kalki Koechlin who was going to shoot for Goldfish in London next month, won’t be doing so as the makers have decided to stall the shooting schedule until further notice.
