Radhika Apte And Her Love For Fish
In an interview with Curly Tales Chief Editor Kamiya Jani, Radhika Apte speaks about her love for both cooking and eating. While talking about her food preferences she mentioned that she left eating meat 7 years back. It was because she got on a vegetarian diet. She said she did start eating chicken again during the pandemic but eats it very occasionally like once in two months.
The Vikram Vedha actress also excitedly mentioned that she loves eating fish. But since she dives, she stopped eating fish. Yes, she is a deep-water diver and will be soon going to Komodo Island, Indonesia for the same.

Eating In Moderation Is Her Mantra
Radhika Apte follows a vegetarian diet and she occasionally eats meat. Black beans, salads, roasts, risotto and pasta are some of her favourite dishes. She also loves Pav Bhaji, Upma, and Poha being the Marathi girl she is. The actress follows and believes in one mantra. It says that one should eat all that they love but in proper moderation. The best part about this is that you will not be craving a particular dish. Hence, your health will not get affected adversely.
