The Organic Garden, which is tucked away in a peaceful area of the property, features a colourful assortment of produce grown on-site, including tomatoes, eggplants, chillies, capsicums, broccoli, pomegranates, and more.
This painstakingly grown treasure not only raises the bar for the resort’s gastronomic options but also highlights its dedication to minimising its environmental effect and encouraging sustainable practices.
Beyond its benefits for sustainability, the resort’s Organic Garden enhances its natural beauty. The garden, which is located among the breathtaking surroundings, provides a lovely backdrop. Arthur Timlin, Director of Operations at RAK Hilton Beach Resort spoke about this new addition. He said that the new Organic Garden serves as a testament to not just the resort’s commitment to culinary excellence but also their deep connection to nature and commitment to sustainability.
