Randeep Hooda’s much-loved and appreciated movie, Highway, just completed 10 years and his fans can’t keep calm! On this episode of Tere Gully Mein, he joined our anchor, Arohi Thatte, to gorge on the amazing Amritsari chhole kulcha and delicious kulfi in Juhu. We talked about his love for Mumbai’s Versova Beach, sports and more. We got to know about his favourite travel destinations for clicking some great photographs.

Were You Aware That Randeep Hooda Is Into Photography?

Our stomachs and hearts were extremely full after having a scrumptious meal of Amritsari kulchas, lassi, and more, at Juhu’s Punjab Da Chulah. Yet, there was space for some dessert! To make more space, we decided to walk to Juhu’s Joshh Kulfi. While on the walk, Arohi asked Randeep Hooda about his interest in photography and he confirmed that he absolutely loves it. Were you aware of this hobby or passion of his?

Then we got to know that photography for Randeep Hooda was a kind of creative expression right around the time when he was trying his hand at writing. He made it clear that photography was just another way of his creative expression apart from acting. Funnily, he also referred to the camera of a wildlife photographer as the gun a hunter carries!

Arohi also asked him about his favourite wildlife places and added that she is aware of his fondness towards Kanha National Park. He went on to say that he finds Jim Corbett National Park and Dudhwa National Park very beautiful. He also mentioned Ranthambore National Park because it is known for its tiger safaris and you get to glimpse more of these striped beasts there.  

He told us that he enjoys being in nature and loves animals. For him, the atmosphere at these wildlife destinations is very “neutralising.” He shared that it is always an eventful adventure when you are in a wildlife place because there are pugmarks and noises that help you locate tigers and some other animals. We would like to know how many tigers he spotted in Jim Corbett.
