Yes, you guessed it right, Chef Ranveer Brar. On the recent episode of Curly Tales Sunday Brunch Middle East, our anchor Saba Asif had a lavish brunch with Chef Ranveer Brar. Chef Ranveer Brar In Abu Dhabi

Chef Ranveer Brar was in Abu Dhabi for cooking contests, and this was his very first time staying in the city. Our anchor, Saba, asked the popular chef about his experience in Abu Dhabi so far. Ranveer said that it is very enamouring and at the same time very enchanting. He said that he had visited the place earlier but never stayed.

“Just excited to catch up, excited to cook,” he said. He found a lot of similarities between the Middle East and India. Some of the similarities he found were people’s love for food and their generosity. He said that the biggest similarity he feels is that both Indians and Arabs in the Middle East are ready to travel anywhere for good food.

Not Missing India In Terms Of Ingredients

While talking about the commonalities, Chef Ranveer said that he does not really miss India. By that, he meant that every time he enters the kitchen to cook here in Abu Dhabi, all the ingredients he needs are already present on the table. In terms of ingredients or the people he normally meets in the restaurant, he said he doesn’t miss India at all.

Saba Asif, our anchor, was treated to a delectable spread of dishes, some of which were Lucknowi specialities. They both relished dishes like Lucknowi Nalli Nihari, Kichda, Galouti Kebab, Biryani, and Foie Gras. Chef Ranveer shared his love for food and his experiences as a chef with us in this episode.
