Ingredients & Recipe

Ingredients For The fish Marination
Salt (1/2 tsp)
Red chili powder (1/2 tsp)
Cumin powder (1/2 tsp)
Mix it well
Lime juice (1/2 tsp)
Cobia Fish/Black King fish

To Sear The Fish
Olive oil (2 tablespoons)
Sear till slightly golden brown

To Make The Sauce
Garlic (2-3 cloves)
Green chili (1)
Red chili flakes (1/2 tsp)
Oregano (1/2 tsp)
Onion (1 finely chopped)
Jalapenos (3-4 slices)
Green olives (3-4 pieces)
Tomato (1 finely chopped)
Coriander (roughly added)
Water (2 tablespoons)
Salt (2 tsp)

Place the fish on top of the sauce & cover it for 2 mins.  That’s how your beautiful Fish Fillet is ready.
