Ingredients & Recipe 

To Make Surmai Masala Fry
Surmai/ Kingfish (200 gm)
Coconut oil (3-4 tbsp)
Curry leaves (10)
Red chilli paste (2 tbsp)
Mix this well

Coconut Curry (1 cup)
Water (1/2 cup)
Cook for 2-3 mins
Salt (as per taste)
Coriander powder (1 tsp)
Cumin powder (1 tsp)
Lemon juice (1/2 tsp)
Cook this till the gravy is thick and is mixed well with the fish. And Voila! Your Surmai Masala Fry is ready!

To Make Prawn Marination
Prawns (100 gms)
Ginger garlic paste (1 tsp)
Chaat masala (1/2 tsp)
Keep aside for 2-3 mins
Tandoori masala (2 tbsp)

To Make South Indian Coconut Curry (Gassi)

Firstly, roast the red whole chilli (byadgi), coriander seed (dhania), mustard seed(Rai), jeera, fenugreek seeds(methi dana), peppercorns, Carom seeds( Ajwain), Turmeric powder. Then prepare a curry paste. For this, use the roasted ingredients, coconut, coaked tamarind, garlic and onion. Prepare a fine paste out of this. Finally, add water to dilute the taste and sprinkle salt as per your preference. Cook this mixture till the boiling point.
