Yes, announcing a partnership during the Saudi Tourism Forum in Riyadh, the aim is to further accelerate the growth of an internationally competitive tourism sector. Riyadh Air has partnered with Almosafer, which is the first Saudi travel company. The newly signed agreement also makes it the first travel partner of the Riyadh Air in the kingdom. In case you’re wondering, both of them will be working together to test and innovate tech solutions to support and boost business efficiency. This comes ahead of the airline’s prepared takeoff in 2025. Moreover, Almosafer will also integrate Riyadh Air’s flight offerings across B2B and B2C platforms. As a result, domestic and international customers will be offered comprehensive connectivity options across geographies.

It’s worth mentioning that with the launch of the new carrier, the tourism goals of the ambitious Saudi Vision 2030 will also be fuelled. In case you’re wondering, it aims to attract over a hundred million visitors to the kingdom. Thereby raising the sector’s contribution to the GDP by over 10% by the end of the decade. As such, Muzzammil Ahussain, who is the CEO of Almosafar revealed that the aim is to accelerate the shared vision of elevating Riyadh and Saudi Arabia on the global tourism map. Yes, and spotlighting the cultural heritage, standing natural landscape, and modern attractions these destinations offer.
For those who aren’t aware, Riyadh Air is the newest national airline, which was established in March 2023. The headquarters are in the capital of Saudi Arabia. And it will adopt the best international sustainability and safety practices for delivering an exceptional travel experience.
