And recently, Iman bint Abdullah II, the Princess of Jordan, got hitched on March 12, Sunday. And as expected, this royal wedding drew a lot of attention from interested folks around the world. In a beautiful and magical ceremony, the previous evening, Jordan’s Princess Iman bint Abdullah II got married with fiancé, Jameel Alexander Thermiotis. One of the most talked-about weddings in recent times, this event saw 150 notable people in attendance, as reported by Khaleej Times. It is worth mentioning that the princess is the eldest daughter of King Abdullah II and Queen Rania. Her wedding date was announced last week during which the engagement of her older brother, Crown Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah II to Saudi national Rajwa Khaled bin Musaed bin Said bin Abdulaziz al-Saif, was also announced.

A Wedding Dress From Dior

The princess looked awe-inspiring in her regal Dior wedding gown featuring a full skirt, a sheer lace panel, and lace-cuffed sleeves. She complemented the attire with a dainty bun, followed by a twinkling tiara and veil adorned with intricate flowers. It’s worth mentioning that last week Henna Night was organised at the palace, which is traditionally an event, wherein the bride-to-be’s family gives her away to the groom’s family.

Organised by the Pink Moon Events, the ceremony saw the table setting and tapestry decked with Jordanian artefacts created locally. Not to mention, the Princess wore a gorgeous white gown by the designer Reema Dahbour, and she completed the look with a belt from her mother’s wedding dress.

A Multi-Tired Royal Wedding Cake

While not much is known about the menu, the wedding ceremony did see the newly wedded couple slice through a towering, multi-tiered cake. The simplistic white cake was decorated with green fern and vine detailing. This just added to the fairytale vibe of the stunning royal wedding!
