Being in the presence of a legendary player who has made our country proud innumerable times over the decades was an honour, and being able to celebrate his 50th birthday was a great feeling as well. As soon as we met him, his humble personality charmed us. After setting a world record for 100 centuries in his career, Sachin Tendulkar finally retired, and we were curious to know what has kept him occupied since then.
He revealed that he started travelling when he was 12 years old and is now making up for the time he did not spend with his family. His social media also gives a peek into his daily shenanigans. He is found travelling and indulging in great food and he shared that he had always been fond of doing so, even before there was a platform to share such experiences.
We Had Him Identify The Vada Pav From Shivaji Park
Sachin Tendulkar’s love for vada pav, especially from Shivaji Park, is common knowledge. However, we decided to put his love to a little test. We got him vada pavs from three different stalls in Juhu, Andheri, and Shivaji Park. To prove his love, he had to guess which one of those was from Shivaji Park. He carefully assessed the layers and then tasted them. To our surprise, he picked the right one really quickly.
