The Design
This crazy idea of a hotel on the go has been devised by Steve Lee of Aprilli Design Studio. It has already been selected as a finalist at the 12th Annual Hotel Design Competition by Designers investing in innovative technology, Radical Innovation.

How Does It Work?
Like a puzzle, a car suite will take you to a dock where it will be connected to an autonomous hotel. This will be made of several such car suites. The size of the hotel will thus depend on the number of car suites attached to it. The main structure will possess other amenities such as Restaurants and Gyms etc.

The suites are supposed to have a mini bar, a mini kitchen, bathrooms and lots of space for mobility. They will be charged up at the main unit itself and are supposed to reduce your hassles.

Whether they actually reduce hassles or add to them is yet to be seen. The prize money of a whopping $10,000 could give this venture the start it’s looking for. But it remains to be seen if it would be as successful. What do you think?
