Mount Abu is referred to as ‘an Oasis in the Desert’ and has the most pleasant climate. It is located in the Sirohi district nestled amidst the Aravalli ranges. Best Time To Visit

Generally, people visit this place in huge numbers during the summer seasons as an escape from the scorching sun after all it is a hill station. The best time as such to visit this place is between September and November. People also visit this place in huge numbers in October and November as there are cultural and religious programs marking its festive season.

Mount Abu is set amidst Aravalli ranges giving you some amazing panoramic views. The place is surrounded by waterfalls, lakes, forests, rivers and mountains. The place is a known pilgrim town as it houses some important temples of the Hindu and Jain communities. There are also a number of historical monuments for you to visit. Some of the most famous spots are Achalgarh Fort, Dilwara Jain Temple, Nakki Lake, Sunset Point, Guru Shikhar, Adhar Devi, Trevor’s Crocodile Park, Gaumukh and Mount Abu Wildlife Sanctuary.
