Azerbaijan Airlines, the flag carrier of Azerbaijan, has great news for Indians wanting to travel to Baku. On Monday Azerbaijan Airlines announced that it will operate direct flights twice a week from Mumbai to Baku from November 2022. Zeal Global Group, the airline’s exclusive partner in India, has confirmed this expansion by Azerbaijan Airlines.
Indians Can Reach Baku From Mumbai In Five Hours
The airline has already been operating flights from Delhi to Baku twice a week since August and it is pleased to add a direct flight from Mumbai. While the Delhi flight takes somewhat 8 hours, the Mumbai flight to Baku allows a passenger to reach in five hours. A round-trip business class seat is approximately USD 1,770 (₹ 1,44095.88). And the same round trip in economy class will cost somewhere around ₹ 50,000 – ₹ 60,000

Air Tickets From Mumbai To Baku Are Already Available
Sales of tickets from Mumbai have started, and demand is likely to grow. Yes, economy class seats for these flights from mid-December are currently out for sale on the airline website.

Tickets for these flights can be booked on the airline’s official website (www.azal.az) and through the airline’s authorized agents. Your ticket price includes a baggage allowance (up to 23 kg in economy class and up to 32 kg in business class) and a variety of hot and cold dishes.
LOT Polish flights to Warsaw, Finnair flights to Helsinki, and VietJet flights to Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh are among the newly added flights from Mumbai. These flights are added after following the resumption of normal international operations on 27th March.
