Emaar Properties To Build Massive Shopping Mall In Srinagar
Dubai-based realty firm Emaar Properties revealed on January 3 that it will soon develop a massive shopping mall in Jammu & Kashmir’s Srinagar. The 5-lakh square feet shopping mall is expected to be a swanky endeavour since it will be built by the developers responsible for the world’s tallest building, Burj Khalifa. The Dubai and Jammu & Kashmir governments signed a memorandum of understanding to facilitate investments into this ambitious project.

Jammu & Kashmir To Get More Ambitious Tourism Projects In Future
Emaar revealed in a statement that this will be the first major FDI investment in the union territory. According to Financial Express, the Consul General of India in Dubai, Aman Puri stated that Jammu & Kashmir has curated an attractive investment landscape. He added that they look forward to more projects in the near future that will generate more employment opportunities.
