Even after retiring, Sachin Tendulkar, the Master Blaster, is remembered as one of the most talented and gifted players of all time. This Sunday Brunch is a special one as we were celebrating Sachin Tendulkar’s 50th birthday. However, out of 50 years, he has spent 24 playing cricket. And during this time, he missed the birthdays of his kids too. But now that he has retired, we asked him about his birthday celebration plans post-retirement. Sachin Tendulkar states that he likes to celebrate birthdays by enjoy meals with his friends and family. However, he is not the type of person to throw lavish parties. He also says that he has lost quality time with his family due to cricket. Now, he is spending most of his time with them.

Post-retirement, Sachin Tendulkar has been enjoying his time travelling to different places and relishing a variety of dishes. In a way, he has been giving tough competition to travel and food bloggers. On this, he reveals that he has always travelled and explored. It is now that he has a platform to showcase his experiences. He further states that he loves going on long drives. In fact, he loves to go on food walks with his friends and indulge in Mumbai classics like vada pav, pav bhaji, chai with nankhatai and whatnot!

While speaking on food, Sachin Tendulkar says that there is no match for the food that his mother makes. And on Sundays, there used to be non-vegetarian food for lunch like chicken curry, fish, etc. It was his favourite and everyone would eagerly wait to have Sunday lunch.
