So whether you are a seasoned runner or someone who is just a beginner, here’s all you need to know about the upcoming Tuwaiq Trail Race that’s returning to Riyadh in November.

The Tuwaiq Trail Race is a much sought-after marathon that’s finally returning to Riyadh. During the event, you get to run through the wild terrain while traversing through the wild escarpment. A marathon that’s been going on since 2021, it’s returning on November 16, Saturday for its fourth edition. During this event, the adventurous marathon takes runners across the stunning landscape of the majestic mountains and expansive desert here.

What About The Categories Of The Trail Race?

This year, the trail race offers three types of categories. And they are as follows!

• They have a 10 km AlWadi Trail, which starts at 6:45 AM. With the ticket priced at SAR195, it’s perfect for those who don’t want to take on a much more strenuous route.
• The next category under 25 km is Al Manjour Trail, which starts at 5:45 AM. This one is priced at SAR320.
• The final category is the 50 km AlArid Ultra Trail, which starts at 5:15 AM. And this one is priced at SAR459 per person.

As it happens, there is also something new and exciting for children who wish to be part of the fun. From children aged 4 to 16, they can take on the one-mile Tuwaiq Junior Adventure Trail. This is priced at SAR75 per person and it will begin at 6 AM.
