There’s a lot waiting for dogs and their hoomans at this exclusive dinner. Celebrity chef Varun Inammdar is curating the grand Bone Appétit. Chef Varun Inammdar is Two-times National Award winner and Guinness World Record holder and we can already guess what splendour he is about to add to Bone Appétit. He is going to prepare a special four-course menu for the furry guests.

Here’s All You Need To Know About This Fine Dining Canine Dinner
Located in Powai, The Westin Mumbai is all set to host Bone Appétit on 15 and 16 April 2023. With a glam night and loads of fun things to enjoy, there’s a lot arranged for the furry VIPs. The dinner is going to have a special menu for the four-legged buddies. Prepared with the finest locally sourced and organic ingredients, the menu is including both yummy and healthy dishes.
So what is coming as a part of the canine dinner menu? Let’s take a look at the dishes:
- Amuse-bouche of Turkey Côtelettes (Turkey and cranberry nuggets will be served with coconut oil-spritzed shreds of sweet potatoes, carrots, and baby zucchini)
- The Ultimate Grin Bowl (This first-course dish is made using Chicken tenders, whole eggs, carrots, broccoli, honey, flaxseed oil, toasted nori, red pumpkin, fresh sardine with myoglobin, and watermelon popsicles)
- Doggizza (This unique main course is prepared with Chicken breast, bone broth, whole eggs, chicken livers, zucchini, grape tomatoes, baby spinach, and cheddar)
