It feels amazing when you see an authentic Indian dish being introduced on a foreign platform and the judges being mesmerized by the same. Recently Sarah Todds, a celebrity chef, inspired by her last trip introduced the judges to Rajasthan’s famous and authentic Laal Maas recipe in MasterChef Australia and the judges are loving it. Over the 14 years of the show, these Indian origin chefs have actually taken authentic Indian recipes on Global MasterChef’s Kitchen and we feel so proud.
